94f6ae88d1 🎨 chore(server): apply swag fmt alignment to swagger annotations 
Pre-commit hook left these whitespace-only changes after PR #29 (cache
endpoints). Re-aligns the @Param/@Success/@Failure columns produced by
swag fmt. No behavior change.
