A per-app `namespace` override lets siblings share one: the kadans-jobs analysis façade now deploys into the `kadans` namespace alongside the app it serves, instead of a namespace of its own. Default is unchanged ($ns defaults to $app_name), so every other app renders byte-identical. The destination namespace was hardcoded to the app name. A per-app
`namespace` override lets siblings share one: the kadans-jobs analysis
façade now deploys into the `kadans` namespace alongside the app it
serves, instead of a namespace of its own.

Default is unchanged ($ns defaults to $app_name), so every other app
renders byte-identical.
