Ajoute prospection à argocd/values.yaml (gitea_applications) → ArgoCD génère l'Application prospection (repoURL arcodange-org/prospection, path: chart, namespace prospection, CreateNamespace) + image-updater digest sur gitea.arcodange.lab/arcodange-org/prospection:latest.

Le repo arcodange-org/prospection est poussé (chart Helm : CronJob pipeline + nginx jobs.arcodange.lab). Dépend de la PR tools #6 (gitea_cicd_prospection + prospection-ops) pour que le workflow vault du repo provisionne le rôle k8s-auth + la policy lue par VSO.
