🐛 fix(readme): restore Go Report Card, BDD/UNIT Coverage badges and fix Build Status href

Régression du squash merge c17fb4f (PR #16). Restauration depuis le diff
de ce commit, plus correction du href du badge Build Status qui pointait
vers le fichier .svg au lieu de la page actions.
