* Migrated ur an sqlite database

* Removed unnecessary IOExceptions

* Removed an util class not needed anymore

* Updated README.md and docker-compose.yml to reflect new storage mechanism

* This change was not meant for this branch

* Port change with environment variable

* Unused imports
