Expected ADRs (one per decision, as the work settles them):
D4 — PA choice (Qonto): written by erp#46 (POC-6), deadline-bound (before 2026-09-01).
D6 — Pi inference serving: written by erp#50 (POC-2).
D7 — cluster↔vault access: written by erp#49 (T17; leaning = git clone/pull of SecondBrain).
(D3 client-invoice firing and D5 OCR are recorded in the PRD directly by erp#53 / erp#45 unless they grow ADR-sized.)
Acceptance: each merged ADR is linked from the PRD STATUS.md and its implementing PR references it (bidirectional per convention); the PRD's open-decisions table is updated in the same change (no-tombstone: it reads as currently true).
